Not only did he help with all the tasks that it took to get our property in a marketable condition, he had to deal with numerous items as a result of our home inspection. He not only arranged for things to be done, he also got us several estimates on things that needed to be addressed. We live out of the area and this sale could not of occurred without his diligence. We also feel he priced the home correctly so it would be sold in a timely manner. We could not be happier with Doug's service and the results. We wish he could come sell property we own out of the area!! From our first meeting to list-to closing we have no complaints!!
